What hardware does Touchgasm support?+
Touchgasm is designed with the built-in trackpads of MacBook Air, MacBook Pro and MacBook Neo in mind. The app requires macOS 13 Ventura or later.
What about Magic Trackpad?+
Magic Trackpad offers Multi-Touch gestures, including sliding and spreading your fingers. The USB-C model requires macOS 15.1 or later. Touchgasm reads one default trackpad selected by the system.
Which languages does the app support?+
Touchgasm is available in Polish, English, German and Spanish. It follows your macOS language by default and falls back to English for unsupported languages. You can also choose a language in the app panel. Pack names stay as provided by their authors.
Can I use my own sounds?+
Yes! Create your own pack for free in our builder. Add your favourite sounds, choose gestures and give your trackpad its own character. Open the free pack builder ↗
Does the app record my finger movements?+
The app does not save raw touch history. Current positions are used for gesture recognition and the optional statistics display. Finger movements and the contents of your packs are not sent to a server.
How do I download the app after buying it?+
Once your payment is confirmed, you can download the app from your account. Each download link is single-use and valid for 10 minutes. If it expires or has been used, you can generate a new one at any time at no extra charge. Your app access remains on your account. Future app versions and releases for new platforms will automatically become available on the same account, with no additional purchase required.
Are releases for other platforms planned?+
Yes, we plan to bring Touchgasm to Windows and Linux in the future. If you have already purchased Touchgasm, you will automatically get access to these versions on your account when they become available, at no extra charge. We will announce release timelines later.
